Actually that was a reference to an episode of Classic Star Trek, "Tomorrow is Yesterday". They have to send Captain Christopher back to Earth, because the son he has yet to sire will go to Saturn.
Most kind. The decals were really weird. The engine effects were a pop art type of prism effect. Why they didn't make the warp grilles transparent is beyond me. The rest of the decals were rub on. At least it didn't have the unnecessary grid lines. The next version is my 350th polar lights version, which I am dreading for the paint job. Robert.
awesome, i'll be interested in seeing that go together. don't have the courage or the time ,with the comic and all, to try it for myself so i'm looking forward to living vicariously through you as you tackle the monster. g
(Saturn image from the Col. Sean Jeffery Christopher collection)
The Saturn image is from the Hubble site. I'm not sure if you have seen it as a cgi image or what?

All clear now.
Awesome reference.
